Kim’s unique approach of working from the inside as a rank-and-file employee allows him to see what leadership doesn’t see, hear what the C-suite never hears, and discover the inefficiencies and waste that are holding organizations back – as well as the opportunities that will take them to new levels of success. He takes this same approach when coaching individuals to go “undercover” in their personal lives to bring focus to their dreams and discover who they are meant to be.
Kim and Shiree empowers people to create the magic that happens when they are engaging their natural genius and following their deepest passions, then develops them into “multipliers” – leaders who, in turn, help others through this same process.
Kim and Shiree have lived in Utah Valley for over 30 years. They have seven children and multiple grandchildren who are the light of their lives!
We opened our first Nature’s Best Getaway on Airbnb (Nature’s Best Designer) in November 2018 and our second (Nature’s Best Modern) in September 2022. We added our listings on VRBO in 2023. We love meeting people from all over the world!
Our Airbnb’s have been so popular with over 500 five star reviews—not a single 4 star! We have had over 50 Honeymoon, Anniversary, and Birthday celebrations with several honeymooners coming back to celebrate their anniversary!
